Rate my cam.

Here are my stock cam specs. Its a hair smaller then the Gen II cams.

Intake Closes 91º
Exhaust Opens 65.5º
Intake Opens 21.5º
Exhaust Duration 288.5º
Intake Duration 292.5º
Exhaust Lift .495"
Intake Lift .525"
Valve Overlap 64.5º

but if you base it on lift, that would be compareable to a mild small chevy cam

Pretty small but it is a stock cam. I hate adv numbers for duration so it is only my best guess it is something like 224 230 which is a nice cam in a sbc. What is the port flow on those heads?

I rate that cam a 7 overall. a 5 considering it's a viper.

I'll have to check on the flow #'s for the heads. The lift on the Gen II cam is .542 on both intake and exhaust. Deffinatly a beefier cam. But I figure with the money I saved buying a Gen I, I can easily do a cam later and still be way ahead.
