God that car brings back memories.

I went with my buddy to buy that car in Omaha back in 2003ish. The dealership was shady as ****, and told us that if we bought the car that day he would right out the bill of sale for just a couple hundred bucks. My buddy didn't even know how to drive a manual, so I had to drive it home. It ran like a bag full of assholes due to 3 of the 6 spark plugs being cracked.

The motor ended up blowing up about a year later probably because of that thing never being maintained. After that "91fox" bought it. I'm pretty sure the motor you guys had put in it was out of my 92 that I stripped out and beat the ever living **** out of. Ironically, I got rid of that 92 so that I had money to put an engine in that silver 89 I had so that I could sell it to your brother. Anyway, I think that motor ended up spinning a rod bearing or something, then my dad bought the car for $100 bucks just for a working transmission after I blew the one in his 94 at 235k miles. He then hauled the car to the junkyard and made $50 bucks. That is where it sits now.

1st car (and still own), a 1978 Mercury Bobcat. bought with only 41k miles.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/78%20Mercury%20Bobcat/img007.jpg

After I blew up the 2.3L in my Bobcat, I bought this to beat the crap out of for a few months till I bought something else. She was a 82 Datsun/Nissan 200SX 4 speed. Picked it up for $95 bucks.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Past%20Cars/img011.jpg

After I broke the driveshaft doing a huge burnout one day, I hauled off the 200SX and picked up my first SHO. 93 red on black ATX.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/1993%20ATX%20SHO/93redSHO.jpg

Then came a blue one:
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/1993%20Blue%20SHO/342532.jpg

Then a green 92:
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/1993%20Blue%20SHO/766554.jpg

Then a silver 89:
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/1989%20Silver%20SHO/288082_2_full.jpg

Once winter rolled around when I had 4 SHOs sitting around, I then picked up my first daily - A 88 Civic.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Past%20Cars/88Civic.jpg

Then a white 93 SHO
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Past%20Cars/oldwhitesho.jpg

Then I sold all my SHO's and bought a Sonic Blue 03 GT.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/02%20Mustang%20GT/2003MustangGT020copya.jpg

Then a 96 GT.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/96%20Mustang%20GT/fallmustang0483fvasdgfasa.jpg

Winter rolled around again, so I picked up a 86ish 5 speed Nova. It was bad ass till the hood flew up and smashed up the windshield.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Past%20Cars/86Nova.jpg

Soon after I bought my 96 GT, I then realized that 16v < 32v, so I sold it for a 99 Cobra.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Cobra/IMG_4463.jpg

Yep, you guessed it.... winter again. It was time for a beater. 94 Escort Wagon. This was hands down the best car I've ever owned.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/94%20SScort%20Wagon/DSC01485.jpg

Then I picked up a 91 Legend for $50 bucks. I floored it everywhere with no coolant till it FINALLY blew up. Well worth the $50 bucks!
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Past%20Cars/06-30-06--020.jpg

Then a lady with no insurance totaled my Escort, so I found another one for cheap.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/Past%20Cars/DSCN9954.jpg

The tranny started acting up though, so I got rid of it right away and bought a panty dropping 77 Plymouth Fury.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/77%20Plymouth%20Fury/DSCN9982.jpg

I realized that I hate Mopars, so I sold it and bought another SHO - 1990 silver on black.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/1994%20ATX%20SHO/DSCN6938.jpg

Of course I caught the SHO bug again, and then starting buying more. This one is my current POS daily, a 94 ATX.
http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i306/Brook32v/1994%20ATX%20SHO/DSCN6982111.jpg

Then there was "Shaker", my parts car that I beat the crap out of.

A 94 Mark VIII.

And an 89 SHO. Who knows what I'll buy next. :)

I can see why. Well, one would "think" that I would have upgraded to a New Edge after my 96 GT, but that wasn't the case.

Life story #2:

I bought my 03 GT with 14k miles, drove it for about 7 months or so, then lost my license. The car sat in my friend's garage over the winter, then my father started looking at 350Z's. I offered my Mustang to him (with 35k miles) for what I owed since I couldn't drive anyway, and he ended up taking me up on that instead of a Z. Now without a car, I somehow figured out how to get my license back, so I tried to buy my 03 back, but my dad didn't want to sell it back because he liked the color too much.

While sitting in a STOP Class that next weekend, there was a black 96 GT in the Wheels For You for cheap. I test drove it a couple times, then ended up buying it. I think I bought a SN GT over a New Edge because I had always wanted one when I was younger. It really was a fun car. Not fast, but fun. Out of the 3 Mustangs I've owned, I probably wish I had the 96 back the most.

Back in HS for a month or two ... I was 17 and stupid, got it, drove it, wrecked it and went back to my '94 that I had all through HS, except for the 2 month period the '90 was around.

It's kind of funny/sad, my '94 was for sale and my mom was on the phone with someone who was interested in it when I had to call her to tell her I wrecked the '90 in Omaha. She hung up on them, and left, so I almost didn't have my '94 to fall back on.

The '90 ... hell yeah. It was a fun car. The turbo was really small though ... so from 0-60 it screamed, but past that it was still a V6 turd. But a fun car overall. It had a lot of potential, but to a non-mechanically inclined high schooler, I didn't see it at the time.

The front end was smeared pretty bad, past the radiator ... and 7 or years so later, I wouldn't know where to find it?
